Obligations of Social Networks: VMK Residents Respond

It raises some interesting issues that I will return to in the future, but I am left pondering how long developers (or in this case, publishers) will get away with the god complex they have long enjoyed. How long until these social spaces get protected, and their continuance (or code transfer) ordered by the judiciary.
