Today is February the 14th. Or FA Cup 5th round day. Or, some people tell me, Valentines day.
Luckily I have far too much work on currently to worry that I’m sitting at home tonight, writing page after page of my thesis and reading about Post-Phenomenology.
Well, that was the case, until I got around to watching today’s episode of Saturday Kitchen, when, as the opening screen, I was presented with this:

At least tomorrow the world will be back to normal.
Well, no updates last week, because basically I didn’t do much. I had my final exam on the philosophy/time in games debate and scored a 10, which gives me 67.5 units @ 12 and 22.5 @ 10 in the Danish system. The only scale I can find (there is no official one) puts that anywhere between 3.875 and 4+ on the US GPA system, with a 12 equivalent to an A+ and 10 equivalent to A or A-, so hopefully that will stand be in good stead if I do go down the US route for my PHD…
My normal routine returns next week, working 2-3 days a week at the University, and about the same at home, but for today I’ll leave you with some random presidential humour, non-partisan:

More updates next week as my life picks up again
